S Jay Levy Alumni fellow gives student address at Sophie Davis of Medicine B.S. Commencement & White Coat Ceremony

As featured in a wonderful op-ed piece by CUNY Chancellor, Félix V. Matos Rodríguez, S Jay Levy Alumni, Lillian Lee, provided the student address at the Commencement and White Coat ceremony for Bachelor of Science students at the Sophie Davis School of of Medicine.

Lillian was prominently featured in the article including the following excerpt: Lillian Lee and her family know this story well; they have been transformed by CUNY Med, which was launched in 2016 as an outgrowth of the 50-year-old Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at City College. Her father, Dr. Yick Moon Lee, graduated from Sophie Davis in 1993 and went on to become a nationally regarded pediatrician and president of the Chinese American Medical Society.
